The GLBA has all award winners from 2002 to the present but we are missing "Norm" award winners from 2001 and 1997 and all Lawyer of Year award winners before 1991. Along similar lines, we are missing "Brian" award winners for the years 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998, 1996, 1993 and any award winners before Brian won Court Employee of the Year in 1990. Any help in getting this lost information is most appreciated. Please call Gil Nason at 978-454-5719 with any award winner information.

NORMAN D'AMOUR , LAWYER OF THE YEAR AWARD
Attorney D’Amour practiced criminal and civil law while in private practice with Attorney Edward R. Dean, Jr. (retired). CPCS Attorney Daniel E. Callahan received the first ever D’Amour Award in 1995, the year after Norm’s untimely death from cancer. Attorney Callahan fondly recalls his former friend and colleague as ‘soft-spoken, hardworking, someone who really cared about his clients and who paid meticulous attention to detail in his cases.’ Callahan remembers D’Amour as “a person you liked to see when you were in court. He was very engaging, and he truly enjoyed being a lawyer.” This award was named in honor of Attorney Normand D’Amour, who passed away in 1994 at age 47.
