The Greater Lowell Bar Association, Inc. ("GLBA") is a non-profit organization whose purpose within the Greater Lowell area is to: unite its members to better serve the public, fellow lawyers and the court system; improve the legal skills of its members; sponsor and provide continuing legal education; foster and promote awareness of, and respect for local, state and federal laws as well as the rights of all persons; and participate in, and encourage, civil, charitable and community projects consistent with its purpose.
